Hardy Fern Blechnum Brasiliense ‘Volcano’ is a Recently introduced to the UK,

This Brazillian ‘tree’ fern will eventually form short stem as it matures.

The newly emerging bright red fronds make it a special fern.

The fronds are a good size producing a distinctive shuttlecock shape. As they mature the fronds turn bronze and finally end up a rich green colour.
