This is a compact silvery rose pink-feathered pampas grass with narrow plumes that tends to flower in late-summer or early autumn.

Grey-green leaves, hardy and it reaches between 4 and 6 ft (up to 1.8m) , incredibly drought-tolerant, a late-flowering beauty.

It adds colour and form to the garden from September until February, with its striking feathery plumes held high above a dense clump of foliage.
