‘Heartbeat’ is a sturdy and vigorous perennial so called ‘Super Poppy’.

Bred to withstand hot summer conditions, this poppy will flower for longer periods and has a tendency to repeat bloom.

Tall, strong stems bare a double layer of deep red petals surrounding a black centre button to create a wonderfully striking flower head.

Handy tip;

Foliage can become dormant in mid summer, removing any brown leaves will promote new foliage growth.
